Simon is our Commercial Director who is responsible for the overall commercial management of all of our projects or portfolio of projects. Simon has over 35 years of experience gained within blue chip organisations, delivering major building and civil engineering projects.
Since joining Asteria-International he has focussed on the management and control of the commercial and project control functions of projects.
Simon has a LLM and is passionate about procurement, subcontract administration, main contract administration, change and claims management, contract litigation, cost control and scheduling.
